5 copies of recent passport size color photograph;
Attested copy of S.S.C & H.S.C (O & A Level) examination’s mark sheet and certificate (Must bring original certificate & mark sheet);
Attested copy of Character Certificate / Testimonial;
Attested copy of any kind of National Identity. (Birth Certificate / National ID);
Monthly or Annual income statement of your family. For businessman income statement from world council or union council chairman. For Govt. or service holder income statement from their respective office;
